Volhard Nutrition Consultation (no charge)

Now you are interested in finding out more about feeding Natural Diet Foundation (NDF) or using Volhard Nutrition supplements. There is no charge for a fifteen minute consultation about how to make the change over and what this diet entails.
Nutrition Consultation
Involves the owner of the dog giving a short case history over the phone. Bethanne will listen to your case and make suggestions. The 25 minute phone conversation will be followed up with an e-mail or US mail summation of any suggestions made. Prior to appointment you will need to e-mail the following: a photo of the dog, name, age and a short paragraph on why you feel you need the consultation. If you have current blood work, that can be faxed to Bethanne as well. One dog, $75.00
In Depth Nutrition Consultation
Pre-requisite - the above listed Nutrition Consultation and agreement with Bethanne that this would be the best course of action for your dog.
You will be required to fill out forms regarding medical, dietary and behavioral history. A particular blood panel will be handled through Dr Jean Dodds and a full veterinary check up is required. Bethanne will review all the information provided and will format a written plan, including a specially formulated from scratch diet plan with the goal of bringing your dog back into balance.
Complete instructions and forms will be sent after payment is made. Two follow up e-mails or two ten minute phone follow ups are included in this consultation. Any additional time needed beyond this will be billed at $65.00 per half hour with a half hour minimum. $325.00
In person/In Home Nutrition Consultations
Available for those within a 2 hour driving distance from Poultney, Vermont (or if I am visiting within your area appointments can be arranged). Benefits of in person appointments include hands on physical energy reading your pet(s), evaluation of health hazards within your home and anywhere dog spends time. Rate is $130.00 per hour.
